Nothing forced on you; every mode has a shortcut.

Screen only

Capture the whole screen, a custom region, or a window. H.264/H.265 encoding, MP4 output. Resolution follows the source, up to 2K.

Camera only

Records camera only, solid or blurred background. Great for talking-head videos, courses, short social clips.

Camera + screen PIP

Screen as main, camera overlaid in a floating window. Position, shape and quality all adjustable.

Screen capture: full / region / window

Record what you want, where you want.

Full screen

Capture an entire display, up to 2K (membership). On multi-monitor, pick the main or secondary screen.

Region

Drag-select any rectangle on screen, record only that part. Perfect for a single dialog or tool panel.

Window

Lock onto a specific app window. Occlusion or moving to another screen won't break the recording.

Audio: mic + system capture

Two sources, separately or mixed.

System audio capture

WASAPI loopback captures system sound even with speakers muted. Falls back to stereo mix if unsupported.

Microphone capture

Any real mic device. Auto-selects the first available mic on first launch.

Mixed two-track output

System and mic merged into one AAC track — no manual alignment in post.

Camera: floating picture-in-picture

Independent window — you control position, size, shape.

Circle / rectangle

Hand "start + stop" to LinLu; you do other things.
